In the morning I went to Paul’s house to help him clean up after the party. Paul and I had a couple cups of coffee and chatted. He is a really cool guy from New Zealand and it was great to chat with him.
I drove to Hoi An, it only took about 30 minutes to drive there from Da Nang. I went to the beach and relaxed for a while. Then I drove into Hoi An and met up with Lukas and Morta. We went to get massages. I got a foot massage and fell asleep during the massage. After that, we ate Cao Lau, a noodle dish that is famous in Hoi An. I was tired so I found Paul’s friend Dan and got directions to his B&B.
I went to the B&B and checked into a room with 3 beds that was suitable for Lukas, Morta, and me. However, Lukas and Morta said that they would spend another night at their hotel and then join me at the B&B on the next night.
Mrs. An, the lady at the B&B hooked me up. She said I could stay there and only pay 1/3 the price for the first night because my friends were coming on the second night. I went into the room to take a quick nap before going out to the bars. I fell asleep at 7pm and set the timer on my phone for 90 minutes. When the timer went off, I was still tired so I went back to sleep. I woke up at 8am the next morning. I had slept for 13 hours.
